At Spruce Hill
Body Shop, we specialize in auto body repair. We shy away from
mechanical repairs and maintenance as that is not our specialty, nor
is it where our training has been concentrated. We repair
anything from rust damaged panels to overall classic
restorations. We also do collision repairs and frame
straightening. Our paint work is completed in our state of the
art Colmet A-Frame paint booth. The paint that we use is the
very best that PPG (A Pennsylvania Paint Company based in
Pittsburgh) has to offer. See our warranty to get an idea of
how much faith we have in our materials and application
procedures.
One of the most
important things to remember about our shop and our services to our
patrons, is that we really strive to please our customers.
Unlike many other shops, we are completely staffed by family
members. At Spruce Hill Body Shop, your vehicle is worked on
by the same licensed appraiser that writes the estimate. We
take pride in our repairs and try to make them last as long as they
possibly can. We do not cut corners when it comes to our
repair work.
One of the other
services that we provide completely free of charge is what we call
our departure checklist. This checklist is completed on every
car repaired at Spruce Hill Body Shop. The 10 point inspection
reminds us to inspect customer vehicles and to "top off"
fluids... We also complete other mechanical operations to
ensure our customers of the road worthiness of their vehicle upon
pick-up. These operations give us peace of mind as the
customer pulls out of our lot, and ensures the customer of safe and
trouble free operation of their vehicle.
Finally, If you
are in need of an auto body repair facility, give us a try. We
treat our customers like family and we deal honestly and openly with
them during the repair process. We do what we can to put the
best parts on your car and to repair it to better than pre-accident
condition. We explain differences in parts and parts'
quality. In 2006, we had one "comeback". That re-repair
stemmed from a vehicle that we had fixed several years earlier and
was caused from refinishing a used door that apparently had been
repaired and refinished incorrectly prior to us obtaining it.
Never the less, we stood behind it just like our warranty
indicates.
